The Stories Houses Tell: Windows into a Community
Walls do talk, and if you know how to navigate their language, they have a lot to say. They are witness to generations of habits and activities, and through their windows they watch history walk by, year after year. With these first four initial house histories, it is our hope at HCCDC to curate a collection of house histories done of our neighbors' homes as another way to capture local history.
